All prices are final prices excl. shipping costs.
The recipient of the service(s) is a small business (under German tax law) and thus VAT-exempt.

Duty, Taxes, and Customs

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. In most cases goods are not assessed duties or taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information.

Right of withdrawal & Return policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied you simply return the item(s). You have the right of withdrawl your order within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Please notify us of your intent before returning the items by email.
  
• Customers that have selected the wrong size, wrong item or do not like the item will be refunded or credited for the purchase price and the shipping costs.
  
• Orders may be returned for exchange, credit or refund provided as they are in a sale-able and new condition. New items which show any signs of wear will not be accepted for return! All tags must be attached. Shoes received in original box must be returned in original box. Please use original packing materials to return if possible.
  
• We do not accept return packages sent COD.
• Keep personal records of the shipment, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in the mail.
