orders within Germany: 5,90 € (DHL parcel)
European Union: 18,- € (DHL parcel)
Return policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied you simply return the item(s). Please note:
Please contact us by e/mail and inform us of your intent before returning the item(s).
- You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Customers that have selected the wrong size, wrong item or do not like the item will be refunded or credited for the purchase price and the shipping costs.
- Orders may be returned for exchange, credit or refund provided as they are in a sale-able and new condition. New items which show any signs of wear will not be accepted for return! All tags must be attached. Shoes received in original box must be returned in original box. Please use original packing materials to return if possible.
- We do not accept return packages sent COD.
- Keep personal records of the shipment, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in the mail.
